Anonymous public poll
If you reported a child-protection concern, how was it handled?
Two questions, about thirty seconds. We do not ask for your name, your child’s details or any case reference.
Do not include a child’s name, age, school or any case reference. Only the two answers above are stored, plus a one-way hash used solely to stop repeat voting.

X polls allow up to four options, so a 1–10 rating cannot be run on X. The post below links back to this page instead.
Have you reported a child-protection concern in South Africa? How was it handled, 1 (very poorly) to 10 (very well)? Anonymous, no names or case details. X polls allow only 4 options, so the 1–10 rating is on our site: https://childwatchsa.com/ChildProtectionPoll
What we collect, and what we do not
- Collected: whether you have reported a child-protection concern, and how you rate the handling from 1 to 10.
- Not collected: your name, contact details, a child’s identity, age, school, district or any case number.
- Repeat votes: one response per browser, with obvious repeat responses from the same network ignored. Only a one-way hash is stored for this purpose.
- Published: aggregate figures only. Individual responses stay in private storage and are visible to site administrators only.
This poll is not a substitute for reporting a concern. If a child is in danger, call 116 or your local police station.
